What really bothers me is rear. They copied the Lexus IS’s droopy tailights. Lexus is not outselling Acura because of their shitty design elements. If Lexus’s lineup actually looked decent they’d be #1 by a even greater margin.
If Acura made better looking vehicles, they could actually lure a good number of Lexus buyers away from the brand just on looks alone.
I really don't know why this is so hard...

I despise the USDM trend of pizza-size logos. Shrink that logo by 70%, offset it to the far side of the grille, add a small “ILX” tag or some nonsense Japanese trim label like “A-Spec” and we have finally have a decent looker for the ILX .
